| One or two things. First of all i feel like a prisoner here with no privacy, no freedom and sometimes no hope. I need visitors perhaps, i'm actually taking it a step further, have been doing prison workouts and giving myself prison tatts to idk pass the time and keep me sane... Most importantly i'm planning my escape so i mean sure it's not actually a correctional facility i'm residing in but i'm definitely probably here as a punishment for something i must have done.
Second of all last weekend was totally insane at naka con. I had such a good time i wanna go back next year so bad! I'm thinking about getting into anime a tad more so i'll have more interesting things to contribute but i thought it was really enriching to just learn about the culture of japan and the media and such. My favorite part was when my all time favorite power couple made an appearance (cosplayers) tuxedo mask and queen serenity! I stopped dead in my tracks when i saw them and let out a very loud sqeaul. Great stuff! Next year i hope to cosplay all three days as blondie from suckerrpunch, sailor mars, and a thrid i haven't thought up yet. So future events on my mind...hunger games movie, rockfest announcement, march madness and that is about all i have near now. | | |
| happy new year everyone and i am feeling just abulous right now. I mean i feel good about my abs but am feeling good in general. My basketball team won against ok this weekend, the superbowl and grammys are coming up and well i guess thats all i have going for me lately. i feel strong and healthy though and am looking ahead. god bless | | |
| one week till my beer day! listening to all kinds of new music and i guess that's about it huh. one thing on my mind is how much i really miss having a record store in my city. in fact i miss the way the world was before mp3s got popular. i've got two ipods and an mp3 player phone so don't get me wrong. just hear me out here, am i the only one that still cares about personal touch so to speak? downloading just isn't the same as hanging out in a musty dark store with a bunch of bins and posters everywhere. there's no beaded curtain here or blacklight art and there's no midnight release parties with free stuff or live perfromances. and nobody is lookin right at you. just sayin anyway today is a happy day so smile! | | |
| i've been back home for a month now, had a lot of fun and i'm still missing a lot of my belongings...sad it got cold real fast and i'm unemployed and a little bit freaking out. just a little bit. anyway my big sister just got engaged i'm very excited for her. that's about it :P | | |
